We currently have over 140 employees, ranging in age from 24 to 60. The organization is very ambitious, but at the same time is characterized by a personal and warm atmosphere. The active staff association certainly contributes to that by, for example, organizing a weekly drinks gathering in our own company bar.
We have positioned our business with clear core values: enterprising, self-motivated, personal, team player and trust. These core values are not mere words: they are encountered everywhere and serve as a compass for people’s dealings with each other and with the company.
Here are some brief explanations of the core values:
- Trust: fulfilling agreements, being honest and fair and valuing your colleagues
- Team player: proactively helping each other, being cooperative and giving constructive feedback
- Personal; know your customer, know yourself and know what is relevant to others
- Self-confident: have a clear vision, be self-aware, show nerve and decisiveness
- Entrepreneurial: think progressively, dare to take risks, create opportunities
Our values are more than a simple definition. Just look at the works of art: they are a selection from hundreds of pictures which our staff have collected to depict our core values. All five core values can be found on each of them.
