Terms and conditions of employment

When choosing a company it is important to know what characterizes its business culture. The other things the organization has to offer are also important. As a subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank, our organization has terms and conditions of employment which are comparable with those of our parent company. Hence both the primary and secondary elements of remuneration are attractive, with good provisions.

To give a few examples:

  • There are many training and development opportunities. Courses and training sessions are organized both internally and externally on a fairly regular basis, and cover both job-related and personal skills.
  • All staff are eligible for a thirteenth month’s salary.
  • Personal and across-the-board bonuses are paid for good performance.
  • All permanent employees are eligible to join a noncontributory pension scheme.
  • Employees are entitled to all kinds of discounts on ABN AMRO Bank products and services.
  • And last but not least: when determining your salary we take a close look at your competences, your work experience (CV), your most recent pay, the position you will hold and, of course, your age. In that way, the salary you receive is in line with your personal situation.
